If you want KCLO4 -you better look other places than Firefox. The way your 
talking about AL and needing KCLO4 no one will sell you this stuff unless 
they want the same crap as firefox.

What it boils down to is that "hobbyists" is a thing of the past- is you 
don't have a place to store and a good chance of getting a license they
will 
find you sooner or later.

The fine line WILL kill the person who can't get storage and or a license.
I 
don't know to many licensee's that will give a contingancy to Joe Blow who

are building stuff that could get them in trouble.
