Cannonfuse can't sell to Canada - according to their site.
I'm not sure about the retail situation in your area. If no one sells
the stuff, you can make your own. Blackmatch is the easiest. Make it
from cotton string and BP (search here to find out more). From that
you can make quickmatch. You should be able to make do for most
projects with just the blackmatch - but if you want to time shells or
headers, the next easiest and probably the most reliable would be
spolettes. Search on them here to get a background. You can make your
own spolette tubes from gummed tape.
