Water Effects Reprise (and why aren't there any posts?)

by LadyKate <ladykate@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 26, 2008 at 01:44 PM

Two days without posts? Wow.

Anyway, here is a link to a water effect shot at a recent meet. Those
following this will note that it now launches from a mortar. The
particular one that is captured on film also CATOs at the end but that
particular defect has been removed from the production item that will
sell for $49.96 each plus S&H in case lots 48/48. ;-}

These are essentially 3/4" gerbs with a 3" ball shell (empty) on the
exhaust end to get them to float. The one in the movie was launched
from a 1.25" mortar (a shortened 4 lb rocket motor case). 5 grams of
2FA was used to launch it.
