Wolter's smallest 'normal' crossette cruciform mold is 3/8" IIRC. I
have one and it is a bear getting them to work reliably. I'm sure you
could make something much smaller but I would think the reasons for
doing so would be rare. Perhaps a proximate fireworks effect of some
sort would use such a thing.
