Clumpy aluminum powder

hi, i recently ordered some chinese salvaged aluminum powder from ebay
because i thought it would be a good thing to test. When i got it the
powder was all clumped together. i can post a picture if that would
help. when i put it on a spoon and wipe it on a piece of paper it
almost acts like a lightly watered powder and smears on the paper. Any
help would be great.
