I have been searching for a while and have not been able to find what
i have seen before which is a slow burning fuse with a burn rate of
around 9 seconds per inch. any slower burn rate will suffice as well
as long as it is not more than 30 seconds. I have seen a very expense
fuse made that has a burn rate of a few minutes per inch. very slow.
very impressive and expensive.
any sources would be appreciated
just so you know i have already checked skylighter. slowest they have
is 5 seconds per inch.
