That's GREAT!!
I see that the ACME blasting powder is the same photo from the Daffy
Duck cartoon that I posted. I can't remember where I found it but the
wonderful hand drawn cartoons from the classic era (50's) by Warner
Brothers/Looney Tunes etc. were (and still are) one of my favorite
bits of Americana. Wiley Coyote was an inspiration to me and many
other kids, I suspect. Whomever scripted those cartoons was a PYRO
at heart! It seems there wasn't one episode where fireworks or
explosives of one form or another was not used to try to catch the
Road Runner and it always backfired! The expression on Wiley Coyote's
smoking, blackened face after each foiled attempt is priceless!
