hello,
sorry to pollute the newsgroup if this question is often made but here it
is
:
I have severals books ( conkling, ****mizu, lancaster etc etc). Often the
****dlovsky book is quoted as reference.
so i'd like to read it. But this book is not available for "real", it's
just
a bunch of photocopies that are sold for about $50 , so As it's not
obviously copyrighted, I wonder where i can find it on the net? ( did not
show on pyrotechnics.noip.org, neither emule etc..:( ).
The reason I think it's free of right is because it's sold as photocopies
:
that means the sellers is the maker, therefore they are no way to control
the amount of so called " book" sold, making unable to pay the russian
author. The translater as it's the us sate itself it seems has no right
over
copyright for this book. As a matter of fact for a private book the
translator is usually paid for a one time job and have no royalties. But
here as it's a translation made by the state..I dont knwo how it works,
maybe the US appropriate to themselves this work.
Then if it's not freely available I 'm really worried about the ****dlovsky
's familly income if the author is dead ( I dont know about that).
Or maybe you know where to get the original US army translation that
should
be available for free?
By the geneve convention any book, anywhere in the world can be re-edited
and sold as long as it's 70 years old which is here not the case.
So well , any one knows where to get it for free? even bad quality
scan.text
is ok, I just want to read it, not sold it. thanks a lot.
Also if you know a good place to get no more copyrighted materials. I did
download the big firemaster file that was available from here like 2 y
ago.
Is ther a new version of that with some new pdf file ?
mail me is you dont want your answer here : tedzone@[EMAIL PROTECTED]
