Re: Liquid shellac vs. powdered

Thanks, all. I'll be using the shellac in a willow comp (just
lampblack, meal, and antimony trisulfide), so I figured the shellac
called for as a binder wouldn't be im****tant as a fuel in that comp.
Any thoughts on whether it would affect the burn rate too much if I
used dextrine?

Either way, I'm going to try to track some shellac down at Passfire as
LK suggested, as I'm sure I'll need it at some point in the future.
