can sodium chlorate be amde by reacting sodium hypochlorite and sodium
chloride or by using a kclo3 cell and just not adding the kcl. also, a
side question, how do C and Fe2O3 react? i know there is a reaction in
there but i was just wondering if it is violent enough to be either
explosive or "firey"
