if its relatively slow burning and you are using small amounts
perhaps. I have been studying the70/30 loose using perchlorate/
benzoate and its some powerful stuff, but your using a different mix,
so if you take proper precaution.. ok, but I would never do that for
large rockets like you stated, especially with fast whistle, bc if it
goes off you wont be able to tell the difference between flash powder
beyond light output.. Its not like your ramming lead styphnate or
mercury fulminate but its still a sensitive mixture.
