I wish there were.  There are "authorities" who claim it deflagrates, 
only.   There are those who claim that it detonates (when lighted, not 
initiated).

Then there is the legal aspect.  BATFE says it's a high explosive.  

As wrong as that may be, it absolutely, categorically causes it to be one 
for every practical purpose except actual blasting work.  You have to 
trans****t it as one.  You must store it as one.  You must manufacture and 
use it as one.
