Whistle is very powerful and deserves a lot of respect. You can kill
yourself just as quickly with a pound of whistle as you can with a
pound of flash. Here is 500 grams of whistle going off - unconfined.

Whistle salutes have a lower sounding thump than a flash salute does.
Add just a bit of Ti if you want a brighter flash. Here is a 2 1/2"
