Nope. The tour sends out its specs, and the house figures out
how to meet it. If the house can't meet the tech rider, the tour
will not book there.
Of course, many road houses (theaters that book tours) have
evolved to meet demands. For example, PHANTOM has particular
needs, and when it first went out it sent a team ahead to modify
theaters it was playing at. Not only do those theaters become
exclusive hosts to PHANTOM, but now that producer has a list of
theaters that do meet a specific set of technical requirements.
