OTOH, cooling the haze (not even fog, but haze) won't work well for
this effect. Lloyd could have posted "Nope, won't work" and happily
moved on to other topics, but instead he gave another option. The OP
will sum it up with all the other responses and make a (more?) informed
choice later, and is at least no worse off for having read it.
Just my opinion. You can absorb it, ignore it, or discuss it further,
at your option.

P.S. Unrolled fiberglass insulation, spraypainted grey, mounted to
wagons, powered by motors, which are controlled by computers, would
look exactly like low lying fog. Right?
