Sunday evening performances have never been a big thing on Broadway.  In 
fact, over the years, they have become less popular in other performing
arts 
venues as well - largely a reflection of the changing demographic (lower %

of audience from NYC, especially Manhattan, as well as Sundays ceasing to
be 
the proverbial "day of rest" - now complete with shopping,etc.).
