There's "Euphymism for Sale" from Christopher Durang's A HISTORY
OF THE AMERICAN FILM; it has them all.
I can't seem to find my copy of the book, and all I can remember
is the opening line:
"What am I bid for my whoosie-ma-doozy? Euphemism for Sale!"
