Your ageism is showing again, Noel Katz. And as usual, it ain't pretty.
The point is, MACK AND MABEL's failure is often blamed on its being
stuck with a tragic relation****p which wasn't tragic. He never abandoned
her thoughout her life and troubles, and their early relation****p
indicates that he was more interested in her romantically than she was
in him.
The murder of William Desmond Taylor was examined in a popular book,
BTW.

And God forbid someone should know anyhing about silent films rather
than SESAME STREET or mounting a small cast musical for a fringe
festival. 

But if you're happy we have an audience that goes for a critically
condemned revival of GREASE or a LEGALLY BLONDE, so be it.
