Finding a publisher can be a real ordeal for books that have such a
limited possible customer base as yours would. Self publi****ng is
probably your best option.
You have two paths to that, of course. An eBook is good and you can
control the distribution to a limited extent by serializing the book
as you sell them direct to buyers. The second way is to register
with LuLu.com and sell your book as a "Print on Demand" basis
