Dimmer pack output question

We have some NSI dimmers that have red, plastic type of
outputs. I've seen them on Leprecons too. There are 4 of
them for each channel. Is that referred to as a Patch Panel?
How does a person attach a wire to that type of connector?
It doesn't look like they come apart or anything like that...
