Film is art. Each frame is instant art. Each frame is a blank canvas
until the camera captures all the art put into it. The director paints
on film. All the art is composed of background features and clothing,
etc...put there by all those involved in the creative process. Casting
Directors don't belong in the creative process if all they know is
"file clerk". And script writers should not be writing if they are
going to add garbage to the frames, and the director and all the
others without and education or experiences should not be painting
garbage in the film frames. They sell mostly garbage because they have
no experience or education.

The reason why there are no Casting Directors schools is
because...Hollywood doesn't like to hire people with education or
experience. They don't even ask for a resume!
I don't even think they have job applications.
